I have been asked to speak on behalf of the many speechless k-9s in my neighborhood…It is an Honor and a priviledge to be called upon to put into words what for so long has been, either ignored or misinterpreted by the Humans around us… the frustration felt by my fellow Dogs had almost reached the critical stage… Barking just wasn’t working… I feel a great weight and responsibility.. , but feel I ‘m up to the challenge..so that being said….Woo.,woowo..wowowo wo, wowo-wo wo.. Wu wu WO.. I hope this clears up a few things
